We present this comprehensive project by Cador for Bridgestone Mobility Solutions in Barcelona’s 22@ district. Our distributor applied Dynamobel’s operational and collaborative furniture solutions in a project in which sustainability and technology were the main focus. It stands out for its comprehensive character where a workplace management and “glocal” strategy was applied with an interior design in which attention to detail played a large part.
The space was transformed by integrating flexibility, functionality and innovation in a modern and attractive design adapted to new hybrid and collaborative models. The design promotes the integration of sustainable and technological solutions with an approach fully adapted to the needs of the user to arrive at a workspace in line with modern working methods.
The project is based on 5 conceptual cores which take on shape in an exemplary facility. The first core is “Glocal design“: a clear “glocal” approach combines Bridgestone’s global corporate identity with elements representative of Barcelona and a design aligned with a thought process that favours business strategies for global action and action at a local level that favours results and low environmental impact.
The use of Dynamobel eco-friendly and certified materials (Leed, Cradle to Cradle, ISO, Ergonomics and CSR), energy-efficient LED lighting, efficient domotics and biophilic design to shape a healthy and ergonomic environment.
State-of-the-art IT infrastructure and integration of videoconferencing, teleworking and room booking systems.
Spaces where it is possible to combine working at the office and working from a distance which adapt to the users’ new work needs and favour flexibility and the work/life balance.
Areas that promote agile work methodologies, such as brainstorming areas, a games room, a demo area and sprint rooms. All this thanks to the collaborative and differential furniture.
The result is offices with a multitude of spaces focused on productivity and well-being at work. A very coherent dialogue between elements and an image which continues to project the brand to the highest point of the market it works in.
