Canalla Bistro Madrid is already open. Platea, the spectacular leisure and gastronomical space, has reinvented itself and offers, on its 1st floor, the gastronomy of the great Michelin-star chef Ricard Camarena.
A restaurant which is completely disruptive and different, in Madrid there’s nothing quite like it. An eclectic, genuine, fun, light-hearted, provocative, defiant approach but one which is also an elegant cuisine which respects intense and defined flavours and which is committed to the highest quality products which are in season and local. “Cuisine without rules, with mixed recipes, a journey around the world by means of its flavours” that’s how the Valencian chef defines Canalla Bistro Madrid.
Francesc Rifé was in charge of the interior design of the restaurant which has a capacity for 115 people, and for this he chose the Be Wood chair, a chair designed by himself which perfectly fits with the aesthetic of this new gastronomic space.
